Pan y dulces de calidad excelente. Distintas variedades de pan según el día de la semana (integral, centeno, cereales...) hechos con masa madre y cocción tradicional. Muy recomendable. También puedes disfrutar desayunando en el mismo local, ya que tienen un café muy bueno. Si tuviera que poner un "pero" es que no existe la posiblidad de comprar productos sin gluten para personas celíacas.

Muy buen pan. Yo he probado el "pan de la abuela" y la "hogazina" ambas cuestan 1,5€. Tengo intención de seguir probando panes. También tiene dulces, y se puede desayunar.

Respecto a lo dicho por Antonio Sánchez discrepo contigo ya que su variedad en panes es algo que en Cáceres y en muchos otros sitios de España no se pueden ver, sobre todo ya que naturales y de fermento natural hay muy pocos. Diego sin ningún problema te informa y te muestra la masa madre así como su elaboración algo que en muy pocos sitios hay. También tenemos que entender que al ser el pan hecho a mano el ambiente exterior hace mucho en una masa natural. Finalmente comentarte que su trabajo es alucinante así como su esfuerzo ya que ha conseguido algo que mucha gente no consigue y que el lleva años persiguiendo como un sueño, la "estrella michelin del pan".Traducción
